Sea, Sauna and Sound Escape

Bring in the spring retreat

Through sea, sauna, beach cooking, sound bath and creativity - connect with yourself and others on this all-day retreat for women. The day includes a healthy and nourishing lunch (cooked together on a beach fire) and dinner, plus delicious locally baked brownies.

Our time together will be made up of facilitated activities and conversations; partly outdoors on the beautiful Sussex shoreline and partly in our warm and comfortable base, just 50 yards from the sea. We will build presence with ourselves and the natural world, through shoreline tasks and activities as well as experiencing the alive-ness of our bodies through sauna and sea (or cold water shower). We will cook a shared lunch together on the fire and continue our reflections, getting to know ourselves and each other better.
